By accessing and using Hire My Minutes ("the Platform", "HMM", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Hire My Minutes is a platform that connects people who need short-term help with those willing to provide services. We facilitate connections between users but are not a party to any agreements made between them.

Important: HMM is a marketplace platform. We do not employ service providers, and we are not responsible for the services performed or agreements made between users.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform
  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the Platform.

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Job Posters Must:

  • Provide accurate job descriptions and payment information
  • Communicate clearly with applicants
  • Pay agreed-upon amounts for completed work
  • Not post illegal, discriminatory, or inappropriate jobs

4.2 Service Providers Must:

  • Provide accurate information about their skills and availability
  • Complete agreed-upon work professionally and on time
  • Communicate clearly with job posters
  • Not misrepresent qualifications or experience

5. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
  • Use the Platform for illegal activities
  • Attempt to circumvent Platform fees or policies
  • Share another user's personal information without consent
  • Create multiple accounts to manipulate the system
  • Scrape or collect data from the Platform
  • Post discriminatory job listings
  • Solicit personal or financial information inappropriately

6. Payments and Transactions

Important: Currently, all payments are made directly between users. HMM does not process payments or hold funds in escrow.

  • Payment terms are agreed upon between job posters and service providers
  • HMM is not responsible for payment disputes
  • Users should verify payment methods and terms before starting work
  • We strongly recommend documenting all agreements in writing

7. Platform Fees

Currently, Hire My Minutes is free to use. We reserve the right to introduce fees in the future with advance notice to users.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

8.1 No Employment Relationship

HMM does not employ any service providers. We are a platform that facilitates connections only. Users are not our employees, agents, or representatives.

8.2 No Verification

We do not verify the identity, credentials, or background of users. You are responsible for verifying the identity and qualifications of anyone you work with.

8.3 No Guarantee

We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of any jobs or services. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8.4 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • HMM is not liable for any disputes, damages, or losses between users
  • We are not responsible for user conduct, quality of work, or payment issues
  • Our total liability is limited to $100 or the amount you paid us (whichever is less)
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hire My Minutes from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Platform
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another user
  • Your conduct in connection with the Platform

10. Dispute Resolution

Between Users: Disputes between users should be resolved directly between the parties. HMM may offer mediation assistance but is not obligated to do so.

With HMM: Any disputes with Hire My Minutes should first be attempted to be resolved through contact at support@hiremyminutes.com.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Hire My Minutes and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

User Content: By posting content, you grant HMM a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute that content on the Platform.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Hire My Minutes is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
